1. Service Description
CareLog provides care logging and reminder functions, including:
- Daily care logging (feeding, sleeping, diaper changes, etc.)
- Height and weight tracking
This App is for personal record-keeping only and does not provide medical advice.
2. Data Storage
All user data is stored locally on your device.
We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal care data to external servers, except for limited technical data required by third-party services as described below.
3. Data Deletion
When you uninstall the App, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
4. Media Access Permissions
The app may request access to media on your device (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_MEDIA_VIDEO on Android, Photo Library permission on iOS) only when you explicitly choose an image or video to create a care record.
Selected media is used only to display an indicator in the record list and for on-demand viewing. Media is not accessed automatically, uploaded, or shared.
5. Third-Party Services
This App uses the following third-party services:
- Firebase: Used for crash reporting and performance monitoring. Firebase may collect anonymized technical data such as device information and app usage statistics.
- Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers, device information, and interaction data for ad personalization.
- RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect purchase data, subscription status, and anonymized identifiers to provide subscription services.
6. Advertising (Google AdMob)
AdMob may collect limited technical data, including:
- Advertising identifiers
- Device information and operating system
- Ad interaction data
Your personal care data is not shared with AdMob.
You can manage personalized ads in your device settings.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of the App may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are processed through your App Store account and managed by Apple.
Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings.
8. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On iOS devices, we request permission to track your activity across apps and websites in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
You can choose to allow or deny tracking. Your choice will not affect core app functionality.
9. User Conduct
Users must not:
- Post illegal or harmful content
- Attack or disrupt the App
- Spread false medical information
- Violate others' privacy or rights
10. Limitation of Liability
CareLog is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse or improper use of the App.
11. Updates to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates indicates your acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
